Lakota Pedicure
Lakota Manicure
The Lakota Pedicure is like few pedicures in
the industry.
We begin with a great aromatherapy foot soak. Nails are carefully
trimmed, cleaned and cuticles removed under magnification. Areas of
thickened skin are treated.
The feet and legs are scrubbed, exfoliated and deeply massaged to the
knee. After rinsing, a peppermint foot lotion is massaged into the skin
to the knees, the feet are warm waxed or heat wrapped, allowed to steep
in antimicrobial care and rich moisture.
After unwrapping, the nails are detailed and filed, the areas of
thickened skin are also filed or sanded. You have your choice of a
natural buff finish for the nails or color. Lakota toes have been know
to last until the nails grow out or three months have passed, which
ever comes first.
The Lakota Manicure is delightful. Soaking, clipping and cleaning, with
precision and care, treating the nailbed and skin with rich moisture
and antimicrobial ointment or oil. A hand and arm massage before filing
the edges to a smooth finish, refreshing the nail surface before color
or the wonderful Natural Buff finish leaves strong and healthy nails,
refreshed skin, total relaxation and calm.
